S&S Northern Ltd offer a range of fan speed controllers designed specifically for use in commercial kitchens. The 3amp and 6amp speed controllers are ex-stock items and suitable for controlled the majority of major fan manufacturers.
They offer an on/off switch on the front of the controller to start and stop the ventilation system, they also have a dial built in to vary the voltage output the ventilation system.
