Description

The Merlin WaterCheck combines both water usage monitoring and point leak detection, and is designed specifically for residential properties and apartments. Achieves two BREEAM WAT07 In Use, and very popular with insurance companies, the Merlin Water Check monitors for continuous water flow within the property and can be used to highlight leaks when the property is both occupied and vacant, and control a valve to reduce any risk of water damages through the property.
